Looking after your pets at home

Every pet is different. We keep yours on their normal routine — same meals, same walks, same bed — while you’re away, and send a photo and a note after every visit.

In-home feeding

In-Home Feeding Visits

From $30 / visit · confirmed at your free meet & greet

We feed your pet on their normal schedule, with the food they already eat. No sudden diet changes, no strange new place — just their usual meal, at home.

Every visit we top up fresh water, wash the bowls, sort the litter tray or enclosure, and spend a bit of time with them. You get a photo and a quick note before we lock up.

  • Fed on their normal schedule
  • Fresh water, bowls washed
  • Litter tray or enclosure cleaned
  • A photo and a note after every visit

Dog walking

Dog Walking

From $25 / walk · confirmed at your free meet & greet

A proper walk at your dog’s pace — long or short, brisk or full of sniffing — around the streets and parks they already know.

Every walk is one-on-one — just your own dog (or dogs), never grouped with other families’ pets. We finish with fresh water and a paw wipe-down before we head off.

  • At your dog’s own pace
  • Familiar local streets and parks
  • Fresh water and a paw wipe-down after
  • GPS-tracked, with photos sent

Exotic & aquarium care

Exotic, Reptile & Aquarium Care

From $30 / visit · full aquarium care from $45 · confirmed at your meet & greet

Bearded dragons, blue-tongues, birds and fish — the pets others turn away are our speciality.

From bearded dragons and blue-tongues to birds, fish and small pets — the animals a lot of sitters won’t take. We know how to handle them, and we watch the things that matter: basking and heat, humidity, water quality and the right diet.

We’re keen aquarists, too: Ben keeps and aquascapes his own planted tanks and breeds ornamental shrimp — so your aquarium, fish and more delicate setups are in experienced hands.

  • Reptiles, birds, fish & small pets
  • Aquariums: feeding, top-ups & water checks
  • Heat, humidity & habitat care
  • Handled by someone who keeps them too

Every visit

What’s included, every time

The basics don’t change, whether we’re feeding a cat or walking a dog. Here’s what happens each time we let ourselves in.

  • Fed to their own schedule, with their own food
  • Fresh water down, bowls rinsed
  • Litter tray or enclosure sorted
  • A bit of company — a play, a brush or a cuddle
  • A quick health and wellbeing check
  • Medications given if needed
  • Home left secure — doors locked, blinds as you like them
  • A photo and a note sent to you before we leave

If anything looks off — a skipped meal, a limp, a bowl that hasn’t been touched — we tell you straight away rather than waiting for the next visit.

Handy home extras

While we’re there — a few extra jobs

Small add-ons that keep the house looking lived-in while you’re away, not just the pets fed.

Medications

Tablets, topical and drop medications given as prescribed — we don’t do injections. Talk us through the routine at the meet & greet and we’ll stick to it.

Plant & garden watering

Indoor pots and outdoor beds watered so nothing dries out while you’re gone.

Mail & parcels

Brought in and left safely inside, so post doesn’t pile up at the door.

Bins in & out

Bins out on collection day and brought back in after — just tell us which day.

Good to know

A few things — Western Brisbane & Ipswich

Local know-how that comes with looking after pets out our way.

Paralysis ticks

Paralysis ticks are a real risk across South-East Queensland, worst in the warmer months. After walks in bushy or grassy spots we run a hand over your dog and flag anything we find so you can call your vet.

Summer heat

Brisbane and Ipswich summers get hot. We keep water bowls topped up, make sure there’s shade, and walk dogs early or late rather than on baking footpaths.

Sticking to routine

Pets settle better on their own turf. We keep yours to their normal feeding, walking and bedtime, so there’s no big adjustment when you get home.

If something’s wrong

If a pet seems unwell and it can’t wait, we contact you and get them to your vet — or an after-hours emergency clinic if yours is closed. We take your vet and emergency details when we set up, so it’s agreed before your first visit.

Going away soon? We’ve got them covered.
